i was actually sitting in class round about midday, around 2 months after i realised myself as being dragonkin so this took place in september and i was pondering some shit about what my gender could be and then i was like "YOoh, what if i was genderfluid" and shazam, i saw this deep purple dragon in my mind almost black scales and it had some wicked spines coming out from the back of their head and then for the entire rest of the day i went through a whole lot emotional uplifting so i felt like rubbish for the entire rest of the day by the time i woke up, something had changed inside me the very moment i opened my eyes. I immediately noticed i had a lot more energy inside me and i felt lighter like a weight was lifted off of me when i was walking to school everything felt much brighter and more colourful in a way and even my school friend said the energy around me had changed drastically Thanks to Khena dragnultimatedragnyell

, some time right after halloween i had a Tarot card session done on the dragon which i named 'Adel' and it turned out that my views of Adel were somewhat correct, somehow both the cards and i knew that they were some form of a goddess in a higher plane of existence.

I sometimes have those moments when I'm in that in between state of being awake and sleep and most of the time in a sleep paralysis. I hear someone talk behind me or know there is something and cannot move to look

I have a degree of pavor nocturnus, means sometimes (gladly not that often) I wake up screaming the hell out of me, not being rly awake. When I really do wake up it feels like a shock or something. Not like I'm afraid or terrified, but more the jumpscare thing

Is the water Jesus walked on holy now? Did that water evaporate and enter the water cycle? Does that water enter that the holy water cycle with holy clouds and holy rain? If you drink Holy Water, do you become Holy? Or do you have to be Holy before you drink the Holy Water? If you're unholy and drink Holy Water do you un-holy the Holy Water? Why does the word holy start to lose all meaning after you've said/written it a few times?

The one i've always thought about and sort of laughed for is that holy water is believed to be indivisible. One drop of holy water into regular water makes all that water holy. When you stop and actually think about this, this means all water on earth is already holy water. At some point, somewhere, somewhen, holy water has gone from priestly-hands to the local water systems, to an external water system such as a river, and from there to the ocean. As the ocean feds the entire water cycle, from clouds to the water table to underground reservoirs, all water is already holy, including the clouds!

if you're going with the catholic variety, you would need at least 51% holy water in the mix to make more.

some buddhists do make a habit of blessing entire bodies of water with the hope that it will enter the water cycle and continue to spread, like lakes and oceans by submerging plaques and things with mantras and holy texts that won't dissolve on them.

It's okay, those types dont believe in silly things like science that you cant physically see.

i suppose it depends on how you look at it. for them, they consider the fish, plankton, and everything else living in the lake, etc, to be part of the cycle of birth and samsara, so what they're trying to accomplish is help those things move towards enlightenment and freedom from suffering.

Every buddhist I've ever known (which admittedly is a relatively small group) has been such a lovely person. I think the religion calls to people who already feel that way internally, and it allows them to explore it fully. It's a religion I've considered incorporating into my own hodge-podge belief system in fact.

I feel you. Neither my spiritual/magical path nor my core R'Thakian beliefs have a hard comparison to anything on earth, as is.

Yup. This is how my other half both lives concurrently with me, as well as billions of years into the future, from our perspective. We're temporally colocated, because time is... weird. Like water.

That makes sense. But i get what you mean, as R'Thakians do not mess with time really, but are capable and advanced enough to view and alter time. Expressly forbidden, obviously, but time viewing is actually a common tool we use to record events accurately. So while we as individuals see time as most people do, culturally we're aware that time is much more fluid than one might expect.

You're also not wrong in thinking something like that. R'Thakians are aware of the ability to Ascend, or to disincorporate. When you achieve something like that, many "rules" cease to be rules, or even "guidelines". It's soemthing that we're aware of, but also that it's limits are not really known. The only thing more profound and less understood is the Plane of Souls.

I feel this. Actually the R'Thakian legend that i use to estimate the location and time of my other half's "current" R'Thak actually includes a section about ascension. Hmm... unsure if this story should be placed here, or another channel. I dont know what more appropriate. The story itself is more Draconic Experiences, as it's lore from and about my own species, while the context of ascension is more spiritual in nature...

Okay, so maybe i'll just post it in both, considering you're the reason i'm even telling this story, and your experience with this firmly fits here. Then i'll copy most of this into Draconic Experiences. So, the legend i know from R'Thakian lore is framed as a mythical like story. It tells of the idea that doom was prophesied to R'Thak in the form of a great, dark star-dragon coming to destroy the planet. It tells about a cursed child, as well as all of R'Thak trying to come together to figure out how to prevent this catastrophe. It also tells of how all efforts will fail, as the planet ices over. The thing is, using some clues in the long-form of the story, which i'm unable to fully describe as it's in R'Thakian, and something I'm only partially consciously aware of, and coordinating with my other half, i've come to understand this story is not mythical at all. But a framing for a real historical event in R'Thakian history. It was probably framed as a story in order to be important and passed down to children orally. What i believe the great dark space dragon was was probably a black hole, maybe, or a massive rouge planetary body. It came too close to the R'Thakian stellar system, and destabilized our orbit. There are records of this time in R'Thakian history, but this is one of those eras where we have scattered records at best, much like our progenitor's post-collapse.

The reason is believed to be because we R'Thakians, at that time, ascended. However, i've always been confused at the idea that we are actually ascended, because it's not reasonable that my other half is. We both agree to this. Likewise, R'Thak as we know it is and was not an iceball. Then, or sense then. Well, my hypothesis is that with rogue body, the planet was knocked out of orbit. R'Thakians have never had true space flight or really entertained thoughts, as a society, about interplanetary colonization. This is due to multiple factors, but suffice it to say, they were basically trapped on a dying planet. I believe they might have pulled their collective experiences, and did exactly what we R'Thakians are taught not to do: use forbidden magics and alter our course of destiny. In other words, the only way to leave the planet and survive was to... leave. Reality, that is. They basically pulled the entire populous all at once into a high plane of being. From here my best guess is that they either corrected the orbit and then re-incorporated, effectively "descending". Alternatively, they did this by choosing a different worldline with a R'Thak that never evolved sapient species. (This is one of my alternative theories as to why my other half is both in my future, as well as aside me temporally.) This all is important because some of those clues in the story point to this rogue body coming with a change of the skys. I believe they meant "stars", a "change in the stars". This points to a merging of the Milky Way and Andromeda galaxies. The merging is not expected to have a serious chance of any particular gravity well incepting another, currently on earth. But... what if that near-zero chance is exactly what happened to R'Thak? That would put my other half's legend time line at around four billions from where we see things.

Though I had a feeling that the cold would still come around in spring. Now it’s cold as hell here and I know my intuition was correct.

and so, I listened to the sound of waves while sleeping last night. And woah, that is a lot of water. Even not me?? wielding water around like a water elemental, curling around, ever flowing circle of water. Falling asleep and the scene turned to gold. Woken up (in dream still) by something and the water rushing away, the moon behind, a painterly scene of golden sand hourglass. (I better draw it, I can’t articulate it). Water dropping down because no longer subconsciously holding them, a bunch of something in the ocean followed (they were slowly creeping up to not-me who was sleeping). And a slowly emerging pirate boat got sunk under the water yet again. that’s just one portion. in other parts, a pair of friends (are they a couple?) decidedly want to go boating. The mom? someone elderly was worried because it is extremely cold out.

for some Sinaria lore / worldbuilding i was doing earlier, i was messing around with the greek alphabet putting together names for a family of silver dragons and coincidentally enough Δde (or Ade) sounded an awful lot like Adel with Δ representing change and since Adel was a force of positive change in my life i've kind of put two and two together

And i am still trying to find the artist of this reference picture, because it perfectly represents what she/i looked like

what's even funnier is that if i remember correctly the '6th dimension' aligns with the colour silver, which means this is what i think we could possibly look like (referring to both her or i) if we were a 6th dimensional dragon instead of a 7th.
